Throughout the course of optimizing my websites, I have discovered the truth behind what they say that “content is king.” Article writing has greatly helped me rank my sites higher in the search engine. By using this method, I’m able to tell my audience what I have to offer and how it differs from similar stuff in the market – all while I build my links.

Over the years, I have also realized that content requires BOTH good quality and great quantity. I was focused on quality content before, but I had to face a new problem later on – quantity. These days, a couple of copies seem no longer enough – they’re only buried under the increasing number of materials submitted to article directories everyday.

But how was I to create numerous copies on a limited time? I guess even the most excellent writer can’t come up with a huge number of original copies in a day.

The solution that I found came in the form of article spinning. Ever heard of this? This process works on the premise of creating multiple unique copies out of an already existing copy. All I have to do is to create one original article, and then spin it with the help of a spinning software so that I have various copies to submit to article directories in the end—all with a higher percentage of uniqueness.

I’ve learned that articles spinning is a good method when it comes to improving the quantity side of article writing, but there are instances when it’s not all success. There are different methods to do a spin, and I have experimented with all of them to see which will give the best results.

Word Spin. By far the simplest, this method changes each word with one of the word’s synonyms such that there’ll be a different sentence at the end of the spin.

Sentence Spin. This method revises the copy per sentence. It’s not necessary for all the words in the sentence to change. Sometimes, change can be done on the structure of the sentence while the original words are retained.

Paragraph Spin. This method borders somewhere in between a spin and a complete revision. The idea is to replace words with their synonyms and to jumble sentences, all while keeping the original thought in the paragraph intact.

These are the most commonly used methods in article spinning, but they’re not guaranteed successful per se. I’ve discovered the downside in some of these methods.

The problem with the word spin usually lies on the fact that every word, though synonymous, may have variations in meaning. Some words, although similar to the original, do not convey the right meaning when chosen as substitutes. The problem with the sentence spin, on the other hand, has to do with certain instances when the generated sentences do not sound well when combined with each other. That problem can also happen with paragraph spin.

In both cases, I observed that the final copies pass the uniqueness percentage set by article directories, but they don’t give the right meaning. Therefore, I can conclude they won’t attract much traffic at all.

Luckily, I guess I have found out what’s missing in the equation – human touch. The best solution is not to rely fully on an article spinning software. While a software can help generate tons of synonyms for each of the words in the original copy in an instant, it doesn’t have the brain to tell which of the synonyms best convey the meaning I want to impart to my readers.

So now, in the article writing, articles spinning and article submission service that I offer, I have teamed-up real human writers doing the work and monitoring the software’s output to ensure that they are not only unique but also readable.
